Digital Transformation and Support Analyst
Remote
The
Digital
Transformation Support Analyst is responsible for keeping Wiz Asia’s Odoo ERP
system (including its AI features) and managed email hosting services running
smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The role covers day-to-day ERP support,
managing support tickets according to agreed service levels (SLA), and
overseeing secure email administration under one combined responsibility
The
Analyst manages issues from start to finish — from receiving and analysing the
problem, identifying the root cause, providing temporary solutions where
needed, implementing permanent fixes, documenting the solution, and preparing
reports. This role requires a structured and disciplined approach, strong
problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both
internal teams and external clients
.
Responsibilities
- SLA-Driven Ticket & Incident Management
- Odoo ERP Functional & System Support
- AI Features Support (within Odoo)
- Email Infrastructure Administration & Client Support
- Reporting
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems and related disciplines
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered
- Minimum 2–3 years in Helpdesk support, ERP support, application support or IT support
- Knowledge of Smartermail
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Odoo ERP
- Exposure to AI-powered business applications.
- Understanding SQL Accounting, CRM systems
- Business Process automation
