How Billing Works

Billing and Usage

Both the AI Agent and the Odoo Helper share a single billing wallet. This page explains how it works.

How the wallet works

When your subscription begins, you receive a grant of free tokens credited to your wallet. Every time the AI Agent answers a customer question or the Odoo Helper guides a staff member, it uses tokens from that pool. Usage draws the balance down.

Pricing is per 100,000 tokens. The rate improves as your cumulative usage grows, across four bands: the free grant, then three paid tiers. The more you use, the lower the per-token cost.

⚠  The actual rates are not published in this manual. They are configurable per customer and synced from Wiz Asia, so a number printed here could go stale or bind either party. To see your current rate and remaining balance, go to AI Agent Client → Usage & Billing → Wallet & Plan.

Where to check your usage

•  Wallet & Plan — your current balance, pricing tier, and plan details.

•  Messages — one row per AI message, showing tokens consumed, cost, channel, and the full user/agent exchange.

•  Token Dashboard — charts and tiles showing total spend, input versus output tokens, tokens by channel (Discuss, WhatsApp and the Odoo Helper; Live Chat is counted in the totals only), per user, per month, and the most expensive conversations.

All three screens are under AI Agent Client → Usage & Billing.

What happens when the wallet runs out

When your tokens run out, or the balance falls to the Low Wallet Balance Block amount (Configuration → Plan & Pricing), or a postpaid plan reaches its credit limit, both the AI Agent and the Odoo Helper stop answering. Neither can process a question until the balance is topped up. Once tokens are restored, both apps resume automatically — no restart or reconnection needed.

ℹ  To avoid unexpected downtime, check your usage weekly. Go to Wallet & Plan to see your remaining balance and current pricing tier.
