Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Partner with clients and stakeholders to uncover their needs, understand their pain points, and shape innovative IT or digitalisation solutions
  • Process Mapping: Visualise and reimagine business processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and automation
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical experts to design impactful, scalable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to business needs
  • Testing and Validation: Play a key role in quality assurance by defining test scenarios and validating that solutions meet business expectations
  • Change Management: Empower users during transitions by providing training, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure a smooth adoption of new solutions
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central link between business and technical teams
  • Documentation: Craft clear, detailed requirement documents, user journeys, and acceptance criteria to bring project goals to life for the development team.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (equivalent work experience). 
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects or system implementation or in similar capacity
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, process modelling and documentation tools
  • Familiarity with Project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum etc. and software development lifecycles
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools used for requirements and management
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Odoo platform is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly in a digital transformation context
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
