What payment methods are accepted?

As of now we accept the following :

Bank Transfer Cheque
Credit or Debit Card Paypal & Stripe

Can I be billed monthly instead of annually?

We're all about affordability, so we're pleased to now provide you the option between Monthly & Annual Subscriptions.

50% Deposit is also required upon any quoted additional or customised services.

What are your rates for additional or customised services?

Rates are calculated hourly using a time tracking providing transparency and governance. The time tracking provides screen shots, click and keyboard activity of each resource. We will only charged for work as per time tracked. 

How many internal users for the apps?

It is unlimited users, however there will be a capacity on the cloud sizing and we will advice on increasing the cloud sizing if there any performance issues. Additional cost may apply for such additional sizing.

Can I start with one app and add more apps later during my subscription?

Certainly! Your additional apps and pricing will be prorated  to the remaining months of the subscription. 

What are your refund policies?

To ensure our pricing are affordable, we lock in resources and support for our client's subscription and refund will not be provided.
