WIZ ASIA is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Software Tester to join our team in delivering cutting-edge AI-driven digital transformation and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our ERP systems and custom integrations, developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues. A strong focus on process improvement, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile environment are essential.
This role is integral to delivering high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and innovation for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Liaison Between Developers and Project Manager: Facilitate communication and coordination between remote developers and project manager resolving and escalating issues with recommendation
- Quality Assurance Tester: Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, collaborating with developers, documenting issues, and meeting client standards
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance QA and support processes to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain documentation for testing procedures, known issues, resolutions, and client interactions for knowledge sharing and compliance
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure industry standards and regulatory requirements are addressed
- Training: Create and deliver training programs to equip users and administrators with product knowledge for seamless adoption
- Support: Provide prompt, professional client support, escalate issues, collaborate on solutions, and identify areas for improvement
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Experience : 3+ years test management software, programming language and methodologies, preferably in digital transformation, ERP solutions, or SaaS
- Exceptional Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
- Keen Attention to Detail: Exhibits a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of work, from identifying software bugs to preparing documentation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Odoo platform is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP Systems
