The two products

AI agent — the assistant that answers questions from your business data: for your staff inside Odoo, and for your customers on your website or WhatsApp.

Odoo Helper — the assistant that answers your own staff, walking them through how to do something in Odoo. Different job, different app, same wallet.

Setting an agent up

Template — a ready-made agent supplied by Wiz Asia (HR Assistant, Sales Assistant, Support Assistant or Company Assistant) that you name and adapt, rather than starting from nothing.

Agent instructions — the sections where you describe, in plain language, what the agent should do and how it should speak. This is the heart of the agent.

Provisioning — the step that creates your agent on the AI service. Until an agent is provisioned it cannot answer and cannot hold documents.

Conversation starter — the one opening line a visitor sees when the chat opens.

Agent Access Rights — the table that sets what the agent may read and change in your database. For a website visitor it is the limit; for a signed-in user, the agent can also do what that person can already do.

Knowledge

"Knowledge base" means two different things in this product, so this documentation always says which: the agent's documents (files an agent may quote from, on its Documents tab and under Agent Knowledge) and the Helper's documents (what the Helper reads to answer staff questions about your setup). Odoo also has its own Knowledge app, which is unrelated.

Ingestion — the background processing that turns an uploaded document into something an agent can quote. A document is only usable once its status reaches Indexed.

Tag subscription — a standing arrangement: every PDF carrying a chosen tag is added to the agent automatically, now and in future, and a file that loses the tag is taken out again. Attaching a single file is a one-off by comparison.

What it costs

Wallet — your balance with Wiz Asia. There is one wallet covering both the AI agent and the Odoo Helper.

Tokens — the unit AI usage is measured in. Every message uses some to read the question and some to write the answer.

Tier — the pricing band your account is on, which sets the rate per 100,000 tokens.
