We
are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by providing
functional and solution expertise for AI-enabled ERP solutions, with a
strong emphasis on Odoo ERP. The role involves understanding client
requirements, delivering solution demonstrations, and supporting proposal and
solution design activities for mid-level ERP projects.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and operational processes
- Provide solution recommendations for ERP and Odoo modules, workflows, and AI-driven features
- Conduct system demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts based on client scenarios
- Perform requirement analysis and gap assessment for ERP implementations
- Assist in preparing proposals, scope of work (SOW), and tender documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, and Project Managers to ensure solution alignment and feasibility

the transition from pre-sales to implementation teams with clear documentation
and handover
Must Have

Degree
in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP pre-sales, functional consulting, business analysis, or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Operations)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solution proposals and demonstrations
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional modules, workflows, or implementation exposure)
- Exposure to AI-driven ERP features such as automation, analytics, and AI agents
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise software projects
- Involvement in RFP, tender responses, or formal proposal submissions
