AI ERP Support Analyst

As an AI ERP Support Analyst, you are the front line for client support on Odoo ERP + AI-enabled features ensuring high level customer satisfaction. You own tickets end-to-end: intake, triage, troubleshooting, restoration/workarounds, escalation, closure, and monthly reporting. Monitor and ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding response times, updates, escalation procedures, and resolution timelines  

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage ERP support tickets end-to-end in line with SLA requirements
  • Perform structured triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of ERP issue
  • Support Odoo modules and common business workflows across departments
  • Assist users with AI-enabled ERP features and escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation and ticket updates in the Helpdesk system
  • Prepare monthly support reports and contribute to continuous service improvement

Must Have

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years’ experience in ERP or application support 
  • Strong analytical and structured troubleshooting skills
  • Experience handling incidents under SLA environments
  • Ability to support business users across common ERP workflows
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
  • Exposure to AI features or AI-driven business tools
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g. SQL Accounting) or CRM software
  • Interest in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Customer service or client-facing support experience 
  • Candidates without a degree but with strong ERP support and troubleshooting experience
