Sales visibility
Business is moving, but what’s driving revenue?
- Which products are performing consistently?
- Is current demand sustainable or temporary?
- Are teams working from the same number?
When sales, cashflow and operations sit in different tools, every decision gets slower and riskier. Bring them into one Odoo platform, implemented by a certified Malaysian team.
The problem
Sales updates come from one place, finance numbers from another, and inventory and HR sit in separate spreadsheets. The result isn’t just inefficiency. It’s uncertainty.
Business is moving, but what’s driving revenue?
Financial pressure often shows up too late.
A busy team isn’t always an efficient one.
When information lives across disconnected tools, you depend on manual updates, late reports and inconsistent formats. Even when the data exists, it takes too long to gather, verify and use, so leaders react instead of deciding with confidence.
The solution
Follow a single sale through Odoo. It is entered once, and every team works from the same record, from the first quote to the cash in your bank.
Sales copies last month’s price list into a Word quote and asks the warehouse on WhatsApp whether the stock is there.Quotes are typed outside the accounting system, so prices and discounts aren’t checked until the invoice. The CRM shows the deal, but stock and pricing sit in other systems that sales can’t see.
Sales builds the quote from the current price list, sees available stock on the same screen, and sends it for e-signature.
Someone updates the stock sheet by hand, if they remember. Shortfalls show up when the lorry is already waiting. The accounting system knows the sale but not the shelf. Stock is counted separately and rarely matches. The order is re-keyed into the inventory system, and purchasing hears about a shortfall a day later.
Confirming the order reserves the units and creates the delivery. If stock runs short, a purchase request is raised automatically.
Accounts retype the invoice from the delivery note, then upload it to the MyInvois portal separately. The invoice is keyed in again from the sales order, then pushed to MyInvois through a separate add-on or the portal.Invoice data is exported from one system, cleaned up, and submitted to MyInvois from another.
The invoice is created from what was delivered and submitted to MyInvois from the same screen. LHDN’s validation and QR code come back onto the invoice.
Someone checks the bank statement against a list of invoices at month end and chases what looks unpaid.Bank lines are imported and matched by hand. Sales still asks accounts whether a customer has paid.Finance sees the payment, but sales and operations only find out when someone forwards an email.
The bank statement brings the payment in, Odoo suggests the matching invoice, and sales sees the order marked paid.
The cash figure comes from a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays. The numbers are in the system but only trusted after month-end closing.Getting one cash number means pulling reports from three systems and reconciling them.
The payment lands in the cash dashboard the moment it is reconciled. Leaders see receivables, payables and cash from the same records.

AI shouldn’t add complexity. Once your data is in one place, leaders can ask the questions that matter and act sooner.
“Which products are performing best this quarter?”
Top performers
“What does our cash look like over the next 30 days?”
Short-term cash position
“Where are orders getting stuck?”
Operational bottlenecks
“Which approvals are delaying delivery?”
Delays and inefficiency

Proof
Trusted by organisations including Koperasi Tentera, PUNB, Radicare and Citaglobal.
less admin work
productivity improvement
faster quote-to-cash
Outcomes reported across Wiz.Asia client implementations.

A real scenario
How limited visibility across sales, cashflow and operations can quietly lead to shutdown.
The outcome
Talk to a certified consultant about connecting your operations on one Odoo platform.
