1. What is the main purpose of using price lists in Odoo Sales?

To manually calculate prices for each customer. To automatically apply the correct pricing to the correct customer every time. To restrict certain customers from purchasing. To generate invoices automatically.

2. Why do companies offer different prices to customers from different regions?

Because all customers demand discounts. Because shipping costs, currencies, and taxes vary by region. Because it’s required by law. Because foreign customers buy less frequently.

3. What should you do before creating a new price list in Odoo?

Create a new company record. Activate the Price List feature in Settings. Add customers manually in the database. Disable other pricing features.

4. What happens when you assign a customer to a specific price list?

They can view multiple prices and choose one. Their prices remain the same as before. The system automatically applies that price list’s rules to their quotations and orders. They lose access to other price lists.
