Find Your Way Around
Wiz AI adds two separate apps to your Odoo menu bar: AI Agent Client and Wiz Odoo Helper. Each has its own set of screens. This page shows you what lives where, so you know where to go for any task.
AI Agent Client
This is where you manage your AI agents: the ones that answer your staff inside Odoo and your customers on your website and WhatsApp.
- Agent — the list of your AI agents and the form for editing each one. → Agents, and the agent form
- Set Up AI Agents — the guided setup wizard that walks you through creating your first agents. → The guided setup wizard
- Agent Knowledge → Documents — the central list of every document fed into any agent's knowledge base. → The knowledge library
- Usage & Billing → Wallet & Plan — your current balance, pricing tier, and plan details. → Wallet & Plan
- Usage & Billing → Messages — one row per AI message, with tokens, cost, channel, and the full exchange. → Message history and costs
- Usage & Billing → Token Dashboard — charts and totals of what has been spent, broken down by channel, user, and month. → Token Dashboard
- Configuration — Connection and Registration Status, Plan & Pricing, Roles and Functions, and Settings (which also needs Odoo's own Settings access), and under Maintenance: The ingestion log, The audit log, and Template updates.
- Documentation & Guides — opens this manual.
Wiz Odoo Helper
This is where your staff use and where administrators manage the Odoo Helper.
- Home — the Helper itself. A full-screen assistant that walks a user through tasks in Odoo. → Using the Helper
- Administration → Conversation Review — read-only transcripts of every staff conversation with the Helper. → Reviewing conversations
- Administration → Unanswered Questions — questions the Helper could not answer, logged for an administrator to address. → Unanswered questions
- Administration → Usage & Billing — one row per question the Helper answered, with its tokens and cost. Helper spending only; the balance is on Wallet & Plan in the AI Agent Client.
- Administration → Helper Knowledge — documents the Helper uses to answer questions about your specific setup. → The Helper's knowledge base
- Administration → Configuration — connection management, knowledge folder settings, and conversation retention. → Helper configuration
